Wedding Photography Packages:

APL Photography, LLC offers various packages catering to your specific needs to make your day special and unique. Not only do we capture still images of your special day, but also offer DVD slideshows. These DVD’s are set to the music of your choice for family viewing which also is an alternative way of viewing your precious memories.

The following package prices are listed to serve as guidelines for the planning of your special day. Each package can be tailored to meet your needs and budget.

We differ from other photographers when it comes to the rights of the images.
All packages include upon request releases for printing of the images at a facility of your choice. All images will be made available for download and/ or purchase from our website. Your gallery can be password protected upon request so that only you and your family/ friends can have access to the photographs.

Albums are available upon request, but are not included in the base prices.

Bronze Package: $675.00

• Four hours of continuous coverage
• Up to (2) locations of your choice
• DVD of 50 images of your choice (original full resolution)
• Online web gallery
• Images available within 10 days of the event

Silver Package: $875.00

• Five hours of continuous coverage
• Up to (3) locations of your choice
• (1) 11x14 unframed print
• (2) 5x7 unframed prints
• DVD of 75 images of your choice (original full resolution)
• $25.00 photo credit
• Online web gallery
• Images available within 10 days of the event

Gold Package: $1175.00

• Seven hours of continuous coverage
• Up to (4) locations of your choice
• (1) 8x10 canvas wrap
• (2) 5x7 unframed prints
• (8) wallets (thank you photos)
• $50.00 photo credit
• DVD of ALL images
• Online web gallery
• Images available within 10 days of the event

Platinum Package: $1450.00

• Nine hours of continuous coverage
• Up to (5) locations of your choice
• Photographer’s Assistant
• Up to (4) locations of your choice
• (1) 11x14 canvas wrap
• (1) 8x10 unframed print
• (12) wallets (thank you photos)
• $75.00 photo credit
• DVD of ALL images
• Online web gallery
• Images available within 10 days of the event

Titanium Package: $1975.00

• Continuous coverage up to (12) hours
• Rehearsal dinner coverage (includes DVD of images)
• Engagement session- (1) 8x10 unframed print
• Photographer’s Assistant
• (1) 16x20 canvas wrap
• (16) wallets (thank you photos)
• $125.00 photo credit
• DVD of ALL images
• Online web gallery
• Images available within 10 days of the event

Additional Services:

• Engagement photo session $125.00 (does not include prints)
• Photo Retouching, including conversion to
black and white, sepia, special effects, etc. $12.00 per image (does not include prints)
• DVD Slideshow up to 120 images $75.00 or 3 copies for $100.00
• Additional copies of the DVD Slideshow $15.00


Additional time is $85.00 per hour. No Partial Hours (example: 1 hour and 15 minutes equals 2 hours)
Additional compensation for travel time may apply. This is discussed before the contact is signed.
Above MUST BE agreed upon before the time of your event.
20% Deposit is non refundable and due within 14 days of signing the contract. Payment must be received in full no later than two weeks before the event.
All prices do not include sales tax.



APL Photography, LLC reserves the right to contract post processing of images to Husted Visuals, LLC.
